I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, as I was able to walk to the nearby park. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made my experience even better. The room we were initially given was outdated and not very comfortable. We had to request a room change, which could only be authorized by the manager who was out of town, causing a delay in resolving the issue. Additionally, there was an issue with the credit card machines that resulted in us being charged twice and ultimately led to us having to follow up with the hotel and credit card company.
